How to Beautify Your Outdoor Space with Monrovia Plants!

Monday, April 10, 2017

Recent warmer Michigan temperatures has my mind leaning towards making some additions to my backyard landscape design. Last year I had a professional company come in and install all new trees and flowerbeds, but I still had an area that I thought would look great with an added "pop of color".

I'm not much of a sketch artist, but I put pen to paper to map out ideas on where to place my new Monrovia plants. The perfect place to plant them is on the left of brick pavers inside an already established bed.

I was really surprised to see that my local Lowe's store had some outdoor plants and flowers already in stock. To be honest, I shopped for these beauties last week and there was about an inch of snow on the ground! Leave it to unpredictable Michigan weather!

Even though I won't be able to actually plant my new additions in the ground until after Mother's Day (frost warnings are lifted then), I still picked them up, and will keep them warm in my garage.

I was immediately drawn to the Monrovia plant display inside the store. The plants and flowers looked well cared for, and were flowering with so many buds that weren't even open yet! I have worked with Monrovia plants before and they have never disappointed. I have purchased their annual flowering varieties in the past and everything I planted is still growing strong year after year.
Monrovia grows the healthiest, highest-quality plants for you to create outdoor spaces that will thrive for years to come.

It's super important to choose flowers and plants that thrive in your state, and that are the perfect size for the area in which you wish to plant.

I chose the Alpino Saxifrage plants, not only because they will provide a great pop of color in both red & purple, they will fill in the area as ground cover, and are my favorite, ANNUAL plants!
Those are the best kind in my book! Plant once, and they continue to grace me with their beauty year after year.

If you too, are looking to add a few more plants to your landscape this year, visiting the Monrovia Online Plant store is a must!

They also offer a fun "Grow Beautifully" program, and encourage you to stay up to date with Monrovia happenings and products by signing up for their super informative newsletter!

Monrovia plants can easily be found at your nearest Lowe's store or local plant grower. They are affordably priced and are guaranteed to brighten up your outdoor space for seasons to come!

  1. I am trying to build a small Online Plants retail nursery. your information is useful for us.

  2. Good post, love this sharing so much, thank you!

  3. I would love using the concept of living walls to decorate my inner spaces, because it would help purifying the air and keep the environment cool.

  4. Making your own flower garden is an extraordinary method to improve your open-air space. In all actuality, you shouldn't be a botanical master to influence a flower garden. I know numerous individuals who essentially picked their verdure through experimentation alone.

  5. I like this place. I was here the other night, I've been there for about four or five hours and found the prices reasonable on all fronts and the staff to be so friendly. I would be the perfect person to have on an infomercial for this event venue if they ever had one.
