Let's face it......with only twenty six days until Christmas, I'm sure you are feeling crunch time just like me! We are running around trying not to go into panic mode as the countdown continues.

There are gifts to be bought, rooms to be decorated, parties to plan, and all the while our hectic daily lives still continue.

Although I am personally a vegetarian year round, I like to take one day a week and introduce my family to a meat free diet by exploring new food ideas! I am more than thankful this year to have found new MorningStar Farms® Veggie Bowls!!

It's hard to believe that Christmas is right around the corner! Let's face it, with this joyous holiday comes some very stressful moments, especially when you're having friends and family over to make new holiday memories.......Keep Calm & Party On!

It doesn't matter if I am hosting a few friends or a tribe. To me, it's all about the small details. If you are attending a holiday get together at my home this season, chances are you will be enjoying some tasty and unique appetizers......and my list always starts with an easy & fun cheese board!

There's just something comforting to sit and chat while munching on goodies from a home made Charcuterie board.

Happy Monday friends!

Being a vegetarian can sometimes pose a problem or two around the holidays when you have been asked to bring a dish to pass to a family gathering. Hence, my current predicament. I will be attending a Thanksgiving dinner in a few days and the "hearty pasta" recipe was assigned to me.

At first I went into panic mode, because of course I want to bring a dish that everyone will love, but also that I can eat. I took to the internet and started Googling vegetarian pasta recipes. I was so excited to run across one that sounded like it was bursting with flavor (AKA a recipe that meat lovers wouldn't miss the meat in). I needed something quick and easy to make and Pasta Amore definitely fit that request.......it truly took no time at all!
